Hello
They say yoga finds you when you need it most. The practice of Yoga continues to open my eyes as much now navigating through the big changes life has to offer, as it did when I found it with a dear late friend in my twenties. It makes me more conscious and connected. I love its teachings, the ways it challenges me to evolve past stories, be present and simply put; become a better person.
Meet Your Instructor...
I completed my Yoga Instructor training in 2016 and have since trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre/Post-natal, Kids and now Aerial styles of yoga. You might say I love it.. and it would be true!

I continue to deepen my knowledge learning about the body. I am also a qualified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor, a mother to two boys and a baby girl. These amazing practices have grown me, strengthened me and healed me through all three pregnancies and postnatal journeys. I thoroughly enjoy exploring the ways my mind/body awareness changes with each additional phase of my life. We are always changing and evolving which I hope I convey in my teaching. I was studying Osteopathy at University and have since taken a step sideways to continue my studies in Physiotherapy (Women's Health). This too seems to be an ever evolving journey for me, so watch this space..
I too, am a late diagnosed adult ADHDer and strongly advocate in this space! There is so much need for compassionate education, connecting to each other in a class (real time), co-regulating, and unplugging our nervous systems in such an overstimulating, over demanding, socially disconnected, technologically advancing world. The neaurospicy brain is a true gift if we can let it live harmoniously and creatively! I believe we all can live a happier life free from judgement and stress (something we aren't necessarily taught in our day to day) and how to be more authentic and free in who we innately are by tuning into gratitude and compassion. This guides the heart of my teaching, parenting and personal practices which are focused on helping my students, children and myself to better connect inwards (to ourselves) and outwards (to each other and our surroundings).

I would love to hear more about what brings you here or how I can help you move, breathe or feel better... Let's connect.
