  • Go Slow Yoga

    A slow and deeply nurturing yoga class that will melt away the stress of your week. Creating space in mind and body to renew and restore your energy, come and feel the difference it can make. Most poses will be seated or lying down and yoga props are supplied to support your body. Less strenuous and weight bearing poses - very suitable for all levels. Please speak to the teacher if you do have any contraindications and would like any specific modifications offered through the class.

  • Get Up and Flow Yoga

    Wake up and flow with the sunshine. Stretch the body through a series of spinal opening, twisting and vinyasa style postures to get you feeling open and aligned into your day. Low impact, weight bearing and dynamic all body movements in this class promote for good health and strengthen your relationship between mind and body. When we pause at the beginning of the day we can co-create, planting seeds for our intentions to invest in the change we wish to see and be.

  • Yogalates

    Gentle yoga stretches to flood and lengthen your muscles, some spicy pilates activation to set your core and joints under positive low resistance torque. This class will get you breathing, moving and feeling great - ready to complete your week in true flow and balance. All classes are at a beginner level but a basic mobility requirement for this class is to be able to get up and down from the floor and to weight bear on your hands/wrists. Please speak with your teacher if you are unable to do this and they can offer modifications or suggest an alternative class for you.
